How do I Access Content From an Old Course?
About two weeks into a new semester, Online Learning makes completed courses unavailable to students, mainly because most students and instructors have new courses in which to participate.
You should see your instructor in order to gain access to an old course. Realize that some instructors may not want to give access to you because it means opening up the course to every student in the course. This often generates many emails from students wondering why the course has been opened up. This makes extra work for everyone.
The best practice is to save course materials you believe will be valuable in the future or to ask your instructor for that content. Many instructors are happy to share these things with you.
IT staff cannot make old courses available for you. We have to have the instructor's permission to do so.
